GIFT WRAPPING
We may offer multiple types of gift wrapping.
If available, it will be an option on the item or at checkout.
Product Wrapping: Many products may have a “Select Options” drop down menu which will allow you to buy the item plain or in a beautiful Gift Bag or Special wrapping. These options are per product and not per order.
Order Wrapping: When you are checking out if you choose to ship to a different address, our system anticipates that you may be making an order as a gift. In this case a list of order options will appear below which will allow you to have us wrap the entire box in a festive or holiday or special occasion wrap, then box it again for shipping. When you check the box during checkout that asks if this is a GIFT ORDER, you will get the order wrapping options and an additional NOTES: box to tell us what the occasion is so we don’t Christmas wrap a birthday present!!

FREE SHIPPING
For every order with a subtotal of $75USD** or more, and shipped to a Continental & Hawaiian USPS address (apo, fpo, dpo excluded) we will cover the cost of shipping†. Your shipping address MUST be a Continental U.S. or Hawaiian U.S. Postal address available for the delivery of standard mail and parcels. The free shipping method is our choice. It is typically USPS but can change based on your address and our shipping point. You will be given the option of choosing an alternate upgraded form of shipping at checkout but it will be at your expense. Your choices will begin with Free shipping and end with all other available USPS classes for your order. All free shipping addresses must be valid US Postal delivery addresses to qualify. Our shopping cart software will validate your shipping address with the U.S. Postal service and if it qualifies, add the free shipping option.
If your orders “subtotal” is over $75USD and the free shipping option does not appear, check that you have entered your shipping address correctly, it must be a Continental or Hawaiian USPS confirmed shipping address.
FREE GIFTS We may include a Free Gift in your Kauai Girl Soap order while our supplies last.
The free gift could be†; A sample from the Kauai Girl Soap Kitchen, Hawaiian souvenir or whatever we’re giving away for that particular day, week or month.
On every order containing 5 or more Full Size bars of soap*, we will include
1 complimentary free soap dish†.
(*Limit 1 per customer, while our supplies last, does not apply to clearance items, children’s products, mini soaps, or guest soaps.)
For every order with a subtotal over $100USD** shipped to a US APO/FPO/DPO address we will cover the cost of Flat Rate Priority Shipping† The address must be a valid “APO/FPO/DPO Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping Address” as defined by the U.S. Postal Service (our software will verify the address during checkout with the US Postal service). We will include the required US Customs form as necessary and include a full packing list of items should the package break open during transit so the mail or military personnel can repackage all of the items back as they were. Please use the note on the checkout page to give us any additional, necessary and/or vital information.
At our option (utilizing all available free shipping box space and/or weight up to 70lbs) we may also add other (always needed items†) for military service personnel as box filler to thank them for their service. Please specify in the order notes male or female so we can send the appropriate thank you gifts.
Example of things we’ve stuffed into the cracks & included/sent to military personnel: small packs of tissue, local or Hawaii newspaper sheets, we do not use plastic packing peanuts but zip-bags of edible popped popcorn, small beanbag style animals (for them to give to local children), loose individually wrapped hard candy, game booklets, toothbrush(es), toothpaste, dental floss, cotton swabs, shaving lotion, lotion, shampoo, disposable razors, small packs of baby wipes new personal bottles of aspirin or other pain relievers, cotton socks, cotton gloves and feminine hygiene products for women, and even EXTRA Kauai Girl Soap Items.

Notice of change of promotion will only be required here on this page on this site. Any orders that are placed and payment completed prior to a promotion change will be honored for the promotion that was in effect at the time of order placement.
