Our shipping cutoff time is 12noon weekdays. We do not ship on weekends.

*Our physical address is at our home on Cougar Ridge Ranch which doesn’t actually have a postal GeoMap address. It’s just one of those places down a dirt road from the county dirt road, from the State Hwy that you need detailed instructions to get to.
We are located in Fruitland, Utah @7,000 feet elevation, but the closest post office is in the Duchesne city limits.
BEWARE if you think you want to find and visit us. We are very remote, we are behind fences and gates and we have security cameras everywhere plus we have ranch hands working everyday of the year. Due to vicious predators always in our area our ranch hands are all armed. Plus our working ranch dogs are very protective and have viciously attacked strangers in the past. While our dogs look like friendly little doggies, they are NOT friendly to strangers and even some of our friends wait in the truck for us to rein in the dogs when they come to see us. The Dogs believe that everything on the ranch is theirs, and they protect it accordingly. They also believe that anyone or anything they don’t know… is someone to bite. They protect our residents, ranch hands and ranch livestock from Mountain Lions, Bears, Wolves, Coyotes, people and other predators. They’ll even try to catch predators from the air if they get too close to the cage free chickens. Please do not just drop in without making prior arrangements, someone at the ranch must be aware that you’re coming and take control of the dogs upon your arrival. If you obtain prior consent, when you arrive, please stay in your vehicle until the dogs are controlled. Most of our ranch hands are likewise not too social or friendly to strangers either!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.
